So much happens in the adolescent years of life that shape our identity. Questions about morals and values come up and conclusions are drawn from life's experiences. Truth is there is a lot of growing up that happens in the teen years and it's important for kids to have a safe place to share, dialogue, and think through these things. Our hope is to be one of those places for teens. We want to walk through life with 8th through 12th graders. We want to build relationships and show these kids the love that Jesus has to offer each of them. We want to create environments where kids can explore and learn about who God is and what role Jesus plays in their lives. In these environments we hope to see teens come to embrace their faith as their own and begin the journey of following Christ and living for His Kingdom. Valley View Community Church is along side us the whole way.
We meet on Sunday Monrings and select Sunday Afternoons. Check out the list of events.
Sunday Morning: We meet during our worship gatherings on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays of each month (1st & 5th Sundays we in the worship gathering). Sunday mornings are from 11:00-12:00pm. They are a place where kids can build their relationship with Jesus and grow it into their own. We do all kinds of formats during Sundays. We have speakers, guest speakers, show videos, ask tough questions, and just continue to talk about life.
Sundays Afternoon: We meet on the 1st Sunday of each month from 12:00-2:30pm. Sunday afternoons are built around relationships and fun. We play games, laugh really hard, and have fun with each other while building great memories. Check out some of the fun events we have had this year so far.
We want our events to provide a safe, fun place where 8th through 12th graders can learn and grow in relationships with leaders and with Jesus.
