GIVING AS WORSHIP
VALLEY VIEW COMMUNITY CHURCH

We believe that the giving of firstfruits (tithes and offerings) is worship and is to come from a cheerful heart, not under compulsion.

Giving provides a tangible way for us to invest in the Lord's Kingdom work and also follow Jesus' example of generosity toward those in need.

It is a joy and privilege to steward the Lord's provision of resources so as to continue to tell God's redemptive story and help bring measurable changes to the world. At Valley View financial integrity and wise stewardship of God's resources are non-negotiables.

[Malachi 3:10 / 2 Corinthians 9:7 / Hebrews 7:1-3]

If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to Valley View, which is a registered 501c(3) non-profit organization, here are your options.

WAYS TO GIVE

Sunday Gatherings

Online

Online gifts are a secure and efficient way to give. The best and least costly way to give electronically is through your own bank. One-time and recurring payment options are available through most financial institutions. We also offer online giving through Paypal. However, if you choose to give through Paypal, the charges that we incur will be deducted from your gift.

Snail Mail

You can always mail your gift to VVCC, 778 Sunnyside Ave, Audubon, PA 19403.

Matching Gifts

Some employers match gifts given to non-profits by their employees. To find out more, contact the employee benefits office where you work.

Property Gifts

Gifts of tangible personal property such as equipment, books, artwork, even cars are tax-deductible to the extent of their full value, as long as the property is used for tax-exempt purposes. In return, an official receipt documenting your gift will be provided.

Securities

Securities in the form of stocks, bonds, or mutual funds make excellent gifts if they have appreciated in value. Contact our church office for details.

Planned Giving Opportunities

Outright gifts, charitable gift annuities, estate planning (including Wills), and other gifts such as real estate and life insurance are all ways to creatively further God's kingdom work. Talk to your financial advisor or contact our church office for details.

HOW WE REPORT

Financial integrity is paramount to us. Every non-anonymous gift, no matter what the amount, is receipted and full disclosure of all financial information is available anytime upon request. Complete financial reports are issued annually for the September through October fiscal year.

Throughout our brief history God has provided for Valley View in some amazing ... even miraculous ... ways. Take time to read some of the stories in the complete history of Valley View.
